تبادل الخبرات والمهرجانات والمؤتمرات أو الاحتفالات مع نقابات أو جمعيات أو اتحادات في ألمانيا أو العراق أو العالم

الفكرة

كان الطموح قبل سنوات رؤية تجمع عراقي لطاقات كبيرة وايجابية صعب المنال لكن بالصبر والتخطيط والإصرار تحققت أولى الخطوات

من خلال مبادرة شخصية كان اولها حلم عن طريق تأسيس مجموعة تضم العراقيين على الفيسبوك ذات فكر وتوجهات ايجابية، و بالتخطيط والإصرار نجحنا بإقامة تجمع سنوي تحت اسم - ملتقى إبداع - بعد عمل طويل ليكون أنموذج مشرف ومركز لإستقطاب ولقاء اوتجمع المتميزين من الموهوبين او المبدعين المتواجدين في المانيا وأصحاب الطاقات الإيجابية وخلق شبكة من العلاقات التي يمكن ان تؤسس لمنظومة عمل علمي وثقافي وفني واقتصادي مثمرة

منذ سنوات حرصنا على إقامة ملتقى سنوي كلقاء يجتمع عراقيين يعرضون نشاطات وانجازات ممكن ان تكون مهمة ولها تأثير يحفزنا على المثابرة والعمل للنجاح مهما كانت الصعوبات.

هو منبر لعرض ودعم طاقات ومواهب وافكار او انجازات لأفراد أو مشاريع ومحاولة تسليط الضوء عليها وتعريف الضيوف والمهتمين بما يعرض

هو فرصة للتواصل بين مجموعة من العراقيين الطامحين لإقامة علاقات مبنية على الاحترام والتعاون المشترك فيما بينهم وكذلك مع جمعيات أو مؤسسات لتبادل الخبرات والتجارب والمعلومات

الطموح

مازال الطموح كبير في تأسيس مركز لإبداع في مبنى على ارض مدينة كولونيا الالمانية لدعم وتشجيع كل الطاقات والكفاءات بمختلف المجالات، وتنظيم كافة الفعاليات والمناسبات

تجربة مشروع منصة إبداع من المانيا - للعلوم والثقافة والفنون

ابتدأت بفكرة طموحة، أولى خطواتها كانت في عام ٢٠١٣ على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي من خلال صفحة على الفيسبوك حملت وقتها اسم »الجالية العراقية في ألمانيا« التي كانت تعد الخطوة الأولى لجمع المتميزين أصحاب الكفاءات، المواهب، والافكار الإيجابية من جميع ألوان وأطياف الشعب العراقي بتنوعه الجميل

لم نكتف فقط بالتواجد على الصفحة، بل نظمنا ملتقيات كان أولها عام ٢٠١٥ تحت مسمى »العراق في كل مكان«، وقد شهدت هذه الفعالية نجاحا كبيرا، شجعنا على تطوير العمل نحو مستوى أعلى من التنظيم لنشاطات وملتقيات كبيرة وأكثر حرفية، كذلك إستضافة شخصيات ملهمة وناجحة في شتى مجالات الحياة

انطلقنا تحت شعار الإستثمار في المواهب لإقامة الملتقى في الأعوام ٢٠١٦ و ٢٠١٧ و ٢٠١٩ و ٢٠٢٢ تحت اسم »إبداع في ألمانيا« بشكل يزداد نموا ً وتطورا ً وانتشارا من خلال إستضفتنا للكثير من الشخصيات والفنانين وتنظيم معارض مشتركة في الرسم و الفوتوغراف والأدب، وتقديمنا لعلماء في مجال الطب والهندسة والفلك والإجتماع والموسيقى. وكذلك حرصنا ضمن ملتقيات إبداع على تواجد نخبة من المطربين العراقيين في السنوات الماضية كالفنان مهند محسن والفنان حسن الرسام وسيدة المقام العراقي فريدة محمد والفنان الكبير سعدي توفيق بغدادي والفنانة ريتا وليم والعديد من الاسماء الرائعة في مجال الموسيقى. وقد خصصنا ملتقى إبداع ٢٠١٩ للتضامن من الحركة الشعبية للتغيير في العراق وجعلنا ضمن الملتقى رسال رمزية كثيرة وكبيرة من خلال أغنيات وعرض للأزياء يحتفي بتراث العراق ومعرض فوتوغرافي ومبادرات شخصية، وتم تخصيص ريع الحفل للهلال الأحمر في ساحة التحرير لعلاج جرحى الوطن. وقد حرصنا على ان يحاكي الملتقى مستوى الثورة واساليبها بالتغيير عن طريق الفن والموسيقى والشعر والتنظيم والمحبة ورفع راية السلام والتمسك بقوة الحق الشعب بحياة كريمة وعزيزة

وفي العام ٢٠٢٢ عملنا على أن يكون الملتقى استثنائيا بتقديم تجارب وشخصيات سينمائية عراقية في ألمانيا قدمت افلام في مهرجانات او حازت على جوائز عالمية كفيلم تورن ومخرجه العراقي - الألماني نوزاد شيخاني الحائز على ٤٦ جائزة دولية. والمخرج علي كريم والمخرج سهم الغبان والمخرج سلام موسى بالاضافة الى تقديم فرقة انكيدو للرقص الفلكلوري المستوحى من التراث الشعبي العراقي وكذلك امسية للمقام العراقي بصوت الفنانة الكبيرة فريدة محمد وفرقتها بقيادة الموسيقي لطيف العبيدي، كما تم تنظيم معرض تشكيلي مشترك لمجموعة من فناني المهجر ومعرض خاص للفنانة العراقية رشكا عگاب بالاضافة الى اقامة سوق فنية (بازار) في نفس اليوم وعلى قاعات مبنى دار الثقافة والاعلام في مدينة بولهايم الالمانية.

لقد قامت مجموعة إبداع على الفيسبوك بتنظيم مئات النشاطات والفعاليات والتظاهرات بشكل افتراضي و واقعي بالاضافة الى عشرات المبادرات الإنسانية لمساعدة الناس في العراق والمانيا وذلك عن طريق دعمنا لمشاريع ومبادرات عديدة من البصرة جنوبا مرورا بالنجف وبغداد وكركوك والموصل حتى زاخو. تنوعت بتنوع أطياف العراق وطيبة اهله. كانت النشاطات مستمرة طيلة أشهر السنة من خلال مجموعتنا على الفيسبوك حتى أصبحت أكثر تنوعا ً وشمولاً، وتواصلا مع مبدعين ومتميزين في ألمانيا، مع محاولة دعمهم وفتح آفاقا جديدة لهم مساهمة في مد جسورا من العلاقات الجديدة التي تجعلهم أكثر معرفة، خبرة وانتشار، بالإضافة إلى محاولة دعم وتشجيع أفكارهم، وصقل مواهبهم، من خلال تنفيذ مشاريع نموذجية ومبتكرة. كذلك ساهمنا واشتركنا في أمسيات ثقافية، شعرية، موسيقية، ومسرحية ومشاريع فنية او اجتماعية ودعمنا لمعارض الكتاب، والصور الفوتوغرافية، والأعمال الفنية الأخرى مع الحرص على إقامة ورش عمل في تلك المجالات المختلفة. كما أن لمجموعة إبداع جهود مهمة في الترويج ونشر، أو عرض منتجات فكرية وأدبية وثقافية اتسمت بالتميز والإبداع. من أجل المساهمة في دمج الكفاءات الوافدة وتسخير طاقاتها الكامنة والمتواجدة بالفعل على الأراضي الألمانية والإستفادة منها لتكون جزءا ً ناجحا ً وفاعلا ضمن المجتمع الألماني، كما كانت لنا شراكات وتعاون مثمر وخلاق مع جمعيات ومؤسسات مجتمع مدني ارتبطنا بها عن طريق الإحترام المتبادل والعمل المشترك ضمن رؤى منسجمة ومتوافقة

من نشاطاتنا للعام ٢٠٢٣ ساهمنا في تقديم استشارات ودعم أو المشاركة في العديد من المشاريع أو المناسبات في العراق والمانيا وأوروبا، كتنظيم عمل الصحافة والأعلام ضمن تغطية حفل الفنان العربي الكبير كاظم الساهر في مدينة دسلدورف وتنظيم أمسية سحر الشرق وتقديم فيلم تسجيلي في إحدى اهم دور عرض السينما في مدينة كولن. وكذلك المشاركة في حضور الاحتفالية بذكرى تأسيس الدولة العراقية وذلك في مبنى اليونسيف في باريس بحضور وزير الثقافة والسياحة والآثار العراقي وسفير العراق في باريس وبعثة العراق في اليونسكو وعدد كبير من الفنانين والموسيقيين كنصير شمة وعلاء مجيد وفرقة انكيدو للرقص الشعبي المستوحى من التراث العراقي

(تطبيق منصة إبداع على الهواتف الذكية)

بعد خبرة متميزة لعدة سنوات، وعلاقات واسعة تم تشكيلها، بدأنا بالتخطيط لإطلاق منصة إلكترونية على الهواتف الذكية (تطبيق) لأرشفة وجمع هذه القصص الناجحة، وتلك الشخصيات والمشاريع التي تمنحنا رؤية أفضل لمن إستطاع تحقيق منجز معين على الصعيد الفردي أو الجماعي بهدف تحفيزنا أولا، ثم تحفيز القادمين الجدد، أو الأجانب بصورة عامة على الدراسة، أو العمل، أو الإندماج ضمن نطاق المجتمع الذي نعيش فيه رغم صعوبة النظام وسير القوانين وطبيعة اللغة. هذا الهدف الكبير كان هو المحرك الأساسي لهذا المشروع، إضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على الكثير مما نفعله ليرى أو يسمع ويتعرف ولو بشكل بسيط كل المهتمين من الجنسيات الأخرى أو الالمان والأوربيين على ما يتسنى لنا عرضه من تجارب متميزة عن هؤلاء الأجانب من المهاجرين والعاملين أو اللاجئين او حتى للطلبة في ألمانيا.

وبالفعل تم إطلاق تطبيق منصة إبداع من ألمانيا على الهواتف الذكية مع بداية العام ٢٠٢١، هذا التطبيق الإجتماعي، الثقافي، الفني، العلمي والرياضي من جهة والخدمي من جهة أخرى. حيث يمكن الراغبين بنشر خدماتهم او اعمالهم او تجارتهم سواء كانوا أفراد كالاطباء والفنانين والحرفيين وأصحاب كل المهن الاخرى من الإعلان عنها بأنفسهم وبشكل ضمن قسم الخدمات ليسهل على كل المتصفحين والباحثين عن خدمة معينة في المانيا ايجادهم والتعامل معهم.

استغرق العمل على بناء هذا التطبيق وتطويره اكثر من عام بالتعاون مع المهندس والمبرمج العراقي »عباس القيسي« صاحب الإنجازات المهمة ليكون هذا التطبيق جزءا من مشروع إبداع الكبير للعراقيين وكذلك لجميع الناطقين باللغة العربية من مختلف الجنسيات، وصولا إلى كل الأجانب المتواجدين على الأراضي الألمانية. نالت فكرة التطبيق إعجاب الكثيرين منذ إطالقه ويستمر العمل على تطويره مع التخطيط لتطبيقات جديدة ضمن مشروع إبداع

Creative Platform from Germany - Science, Culture and Arts

Definition

Is a personal initiative and creativity project in Germany active on the Internet and the social medias, interested in communicating with or support and the integration of creative, talented and qualified persons from:

Iraqis living in Germany / Foreigners residing in Germany, In various fields, with focusing on:

- Scientifics and Techniques (Medicine, Engineering, Science, Environment)

- Cultures and Arts (literature, music, painting, media, photography, fashion)

- Sports.

Activities

We have carried out many activities, notably:

- Communicate with creative artists in Germany, Iraq and the world.

- Highlighting their work and hosting them to work together for the best for all.

-Trying to support them financially, morally, communications and our relations in Germany and abroad

- Trying to support ideas, talents and innovative projects.

- Organizing annual or semi-annual events to present the activities of the Platform and the activities of the partners.

- To hold poetry, musical or theater evenings.

- Holding exhibitions for books, photographs, artwork or drawings.

- Organizing workshops or presentation of studies in techniques, sciences and other social activities.

- Contribute to the translation, printing, publishing or display of intellectual, literary and cultural products therein.

Goals

- we are Seeking to integrate the skills of expatriates and exploit the potential already existing in Germany to be a successful and an active member of the German society.

- Communicate through meetings and create individual, collective, union or governmental relations in many fields across countries.

- Exchange of experiences, festivals, conferences or celebrations with unions, associations or federations in Germany, Iraq or the world.

Idea

It was an ambition years ago to see the Iraqi (specialist staff, professional, competence and talent), positively and together active in Germany, just with patience, planning and determination, the first steps were achieved.

Through a personal initiative was the first step by establishing a group of Iraqis on Facebook with positive thinking and trends, and planning and determination, we succeeded to orgenize the first annual event under the name - Ibdaa event - after a long work, to be a model supervisor, and a center to attract and meet or gather distinguished talented or creatives in Germany and the owners of positive energies and the creation of a network of relationships to build systematic cooperations in science, culture, technology and economy.

For years, we have been keen to establish an annual forum under the name of Creativity Event or (Creativity Day) as a meeting between Iraqis presenting activities and achievements that may be important and have an effect that motivates us to persevere and work for success no matter what the difficulties.

It is a platform for presenting and supporting the talents, ideas or achievements or projects and trying to shed light on it and to identify the guests and those interested in what we presented.

Is an opportunity for communication between a group of Iraqis aspiring to establish relations based on respect and cooperation among themselves as well as with associations or institutions to exchange experiences, informations and connections.

Ambition

our ambition is still to establish a center for creativity in a building on Cologne in Germany, to support and encourage all talents and competencies in many fields and to organize events and occasions.

IBDAA Platform freom Germany - Initiative Project.

We started with an ambitious idea, with its first steps taken in 2013 on social media through a Facebook page originally named "Iraqi Community in Germany." It was the first step to gather outstanding individuals with competencies, talents, and positive ideas from all facets of the Iraqi people in their beautiful diversity.

We didn't stop at just having a presence on the page; we organized events, with the first one in 2015 under the name "Iraq is Everywhere." This event goes great success, inspiring us to further develop our work with more organized and professional activities, hosting inspirational and successful figures from various fields of life.

Under the slogan of "Investing in Talents," we held the "Creativity in Germany" forum in 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2022. It grew in size, diversity, and outreach, featuring various artists, exhibitions, scientists in fields like medicine, engineering, astronomy, and more. We also invited renowned Iraqi singers such as Mohannad Mohsin, Hassan Al-Rassam, Farida Mohammad, Saadi Tawfiq Baghdadi, Rita William, and many others in the field of music.

In 2019, we dedicated as Ibdaa Platform from Germany to support the popular movement for change in Iraq (Teshreen Revolution). We conveyed symbolic messages through songs, fashion shows celebrating Iraqi heritage, photography exhibitions, and personal initiatives, with the proceeds going to the Red Crescent to aid the nation's wounded.

In 2022, we presented exceptional experiences and Iraqi cinematic figures in Germany, who had participated in international film festivals and won numerous awards. This included the film "Toren" directed by the Iraqi-German director Nawzad Shekhani, which won 46 international awards. We also had directors like Ali Kareem, Saham El-Ghuban, Salam Musa, and the folklore dance group "Enkidu" inspired by Iraqi popular heritage and his manager Mohanned Hawaz.

Our activities extended to hundreds of events, both virtual and physical, and dozens of humanitarian initiatives to assist people in Iraq and Germany. We supported various projects and initiatives, catering to Iraq's diverse population. Our activities continued throughout the year, evolving and expanding, connecting creators and talents in Germany, encouraging their contributions and fostering new relationships.

In 2023, we continued to provide consultation, support, and participation in various projects and events in Iraq, Germany, and Europe. This included organizing press coverage for the renowned Arab artist Kadim Al-Sahir's concert in Dusseldorf and hosting an "East Enchantment" evening along with a documentary Egyptian film in one of Cologne's main cinema venues. We also took part in commemorating the founding of the Iraqi state in Paris, alongside Iraq's Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, the Iraqi Ambassador in the UNESCO - Paris, featuring artists and musicians like Nasir Shamma, Alaa Majeed with the iraqi officially music band, and the Enkidu folklore dance group.

Our Facebook group has played a crucial role in promoting and showcasing intellectual, literary, and cultural products marked by excellence and innovation. We aim to integrate the talents of newcomers and leverage their potential to make them active members in German society. We've established fruitful partnerships and collaborations with civil society associations and institutions based on mutual respect and joint efforts towards shared visions.

The Application of Ibdaa Platform on Smartphones

After several years of experience and the formation of extensive relationships, we began planning to launch a digital platform on smartphones (an application) to archive and collect these success stories, remarkable individuals, and projects that provide us with a better insight into those who have achieved a specific milestone, either individually or collectively, with the aim of motivating us first, and then motivating newcomers or foreigners in general to study, work, or integrate into the society in which we live despite the difficulty of the system, the flow of laws, and the nature of the language. This significant goal was the main driving force behind this project, in addition to shedding light on much of what we do so that all interested parties from other nationalities or Germans and Europeans can see, hear, and get to know, even in a simple way, the outstanding experiences we can present about these foreign immigrants, workers, refugees, or even students in Germany.

Indeed, Ibdaa Platform application was launched from Germany on smartphones at the beginning of 2021. This social, cultural, artistic, scientific, and sports application on one hand, and the service-oriented application on the other hand. Those interested in promoting their services, businesses, or trades, whether they are individuals such as doctors, artists, craftsmen, or owners of various other professions, can advertise them by themselves within the services section to make it easier for all browsers and those looking for a specific service in Germany to find and deal with them.

The development and construction of this application took more than a year in collaboration with the Iraqi engineer and programmer, "Abbas Al-Qaisi," who has important achievements, to make this application a part of the larger Creativity project for Iraqis and for all Arabic speakers from different nationalities, extending to all foreigners present on German soil. The idea of the application has garnered the admiration of many since its launch, and work continues on its development with plans for new applications within the Creativity project.
